Hello all. Family of 4 here in central MS. Just purchased a Masterbuilt Propane Smoker. We tried our 1st beek brisket last night. Turned out better than we anticipated, but could have been better. Of course, all this was before I found SMF.com.
Want to do a ~3lb pork sirloin roast tonight. But have concerns over thermos, heating, and times. Where can I find that info. It has a thermo on the door, but I read the tend to be to be very inacurate. Should I get 2? Double probe? Does Walmart have decent ones for starters?
I signed up for the ecourse, and hope to get a start on that soon. And can't wait to learn and try more.
