I've been cooking for family and friends for over 35 years.I have recently began smoking since acquiring a Masterbuilt smoker as a gift. Looking forward sharing recipes and techniques with others and expanding my cooking experience.
 
Welcome from Louisiana. You will find a wealth of knowledge here from members who are happy to share it. Don't hesitate to ask questions and take advantage of the search bar.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
