Hello everyone! i'm chris from eastern nebraska. I've just started to get into smoking, I got a Weber Smokey Mountain smoker for christmas and have been smoking since January. I had smoked chicken, pork butts, and babybacks which all turned out alright. THEN i found this forum and was BLOWN AWAY! What a great source of information you guys really know your smoking! Since i've been checking the forum out ive used some tips and tricks to do another boston butt and also brisket for the first time. I was amazed how well they turned out, i'm looking forward to learning more from you experts and sharing pics from my future smokes!
