new to smoking from alaska

Hello everyone. I posted on a thread here but feAR I made a mistake on where I posted it and dont know how to delet it sorry for that guys id be happy to take it down right away if only I knew how. Any who a little about me. Im 26 and live in a town called naknek alaska. It is a town on a river that is part of the copper river salmon run. I have no experience with smoking and I want to start with salmon for now with maybe some meats later on. I intend to keep looking on here and being a long term member. I have alot of ideas and wants so im hoping I can get some helpful advice from you guys here. Thats it for now I guess I will post more in different threads thanks for the awesome site and all your guys knowledge I look forward tl learning all I can.
 
Welcome to the forum, I would not worry too much about a thread post if ya put it in a wrong place. Ya just may not get many responses if its in a different area. We all had to learn and a pretty relaxed group here that just wanna have fun and help each other out. See ya around the forum.
