im new to this web site but fairly new to smoking.i have a MES 30" i have smoked ribs,pork butts, and now im attempting to do a turkey for easter . im from north west indiana where you get all 4 season in 1 month.lol
I did my first turkey for Thanksgiving and that's the only way I will do it in the future. I brined, injected and rubbed using the Slaughterhouse recipes found on here.
