Hi All, I am Graham and live in Burlington, Ontario (English born but in Canada for over 25 years so I still talk 'funny'). Was lucky enough to get a Bradley for my birthday the other week...so far smoked ribs, beef tenderloin, a couple of hunks for pulled pork and VERY happy with the results so far...even threw a tray full of almonds which my wife loved. Looking forward to experimenting and learning from all the expertise within this forum. We'll see how keen I still am when the winter hits (plan to fill the freezer with smoked goodies just in case I wimp out). Thanks for having me aboard.
