Hi, I'm Kent Mitchell in west Hollywood, FL. Just brought home the new MB Bluetooth 40" from Sam's. My objective, besides waking up every morning, is to learn the art of smoking. I'm old and white haired, and retired at home. I'm not new to grilling or B-B-Qing, or to cooking Cajun. Grew up in New Orleans and Lafayette, LA. Went back to NO where I worked for 11yrs. Charter Saints season ticket holder; first game opening against the then L.A. Rams, where in old Tulane stadium, the Saints ran the franchise opening kick-off back 98 yds. for a TD. You think that didn't make me a lifelong die-hard Saints fan?

I want to be able to duplicate the best smoked St. Louis spareribs I ever had when I lived in Orlando (second best to MeeMaws in Melbourne, FL.). Haven't un-boxed the new smoker yet as I need to assemble it outside on the screened patio where it will be located. I'm in a 4-plex condo and don't have a garage or storage shed for shelter, but it will be under a large concrete second floor balcony out of the direct weather. Hard rains are the norm here in S. FL. My problem is getting the dimensions (L x W x H) so I can order a good quality weatherproof cover. If anybody has those dimensions I would appreciate it muchly. Open to recommendations on a cover vendor as well. I want to order a cover before I take it out of the box and put it together.

Thanks,

Five String
