New to Smokin

Just purchased a Brinkmaster Pitmaster deluxe from Smokebuzz tonight was the first time on my own other then that it has been supervised by smokebuzz did Iowa Chops with a rub recipe from JAcks Old SOuth Barbecue rub
had a hard time getting temp up on the firebox but once the meat hit 159 pulled them off they were delicious and still juicy cant wait to try other kinds of meat
