Hi All!

Just had my birthday last week and got a Louisiana Grill 700 from my husband.

Have NO idea what I'm doing, going from a gas grill to a wood pellet grill, but I'm looking forward to learning LOTS.  Not sure I understand the whole "smoking" thing, since not a lot of smoke is being produced, but I'm working my way through online sites, and stumbling on this, I'll be spending some time perusing this site as well.  Should be a fun summer!

Hello and welcome, sounds like my kind of guy, gets his wife a smoker for her birthday. And I was thinking about getting my wife a new push mower for hers. I looked at a few post on here, didn't see your smoker but there are quite a few post on "Louisiana Grills " different models, type yours in the search box and look through the post and see if there is something similar to what you are experiencing. Or maybe another member will jump in and help.
