Hello everyone my name is luke I Live in Bridgeport WV I am a retired Soldier I just finished my first smokehouse.  I have been smoking on grills and smokers for the last 20 years and decided I want something more.  I will have most of my questions on smokehouses because I think I have mastered the side fire box and upright smokers.

I will post up some maybe next week right now my phone is broke and I don't have any of it.  It is4x4 and about 7 tall it is block on the bottom and pin tongue and groove up top and a side fire box

Luke,

Welcome, from southern Ohio, to the best forum on the internet if you are looking to learn how to BBQ/smoke/brine/cure/inject. Well you get the picture if you can do it to to something you put on a plate to eat then someone here has probably done it. Use the search bar at the top of the page and you will be led to the answer to most every question you can think of. If you don't find the answer there then just post it and someone will chime in with their opinion on the subject.

Always remember the only dumb question is the one you don’t ask!!

Keep Smokin!!!
