I'm Jeff,I'm 43, I'm from Pennsylvania,and I've been smoking for about 2yrs, mostly ribs and bacon. Recently started experimenting with almonds and other nuts. I use multiple Weber kettles and also a Genesis(slightly modified gasser). I am about to start a vertical smoker build from a 120 gallon air compressor tank and while researching I came across SMF , so here I am. Any input/thoughts/ideas would be great.
