Been reading the forums recently and decided to finally join! I just recently entered the MES 30 world... my dad started me back 20yrs ago on a Holland. Graduated to charcoal/wood,tried the propane/smoke craze (not my thing lol), built a homemade smoker from old commercial propane tank with side box and trailer mounted, wife bought a Char-Duo thing (the thing works pretty good and just last week the MES.... but through it all my 'ol Char Broil Santa Fe (slightly modified) was my baby. Took that old girl from Florida to Alaska when I moved and back. Laid her to rest last winter... Anyways, appreciate the site, the info and ideas.
