New to SMF

What a relief!!! Finally finding somewhere with people to help! Living in the desert of So. Cal. I spend a lot of time outside by the pool and now smoking. I've had a love for smoked stuff forever and tried a few times only to lose patience and go down in flames. After visiting some competitions I had to try again and earnestly.
Found out here I am the proud owner of an ECB!!! And now at least I have a chance. Did the mods to my ECB and tried the 3-2-1 ribs. What a hit!!!! And how easy.
Now every chance I get I'm well under way reading and smoking!! Even the family is happy to be the official taste testers!!! Try the bacon wrapped jalapenos if you haven't already.
