New to SMF

Hey there ~ just wanted y'all to know I have been snooping around in y'alls community for new ideas and I have to say it's been fun. The name is Dean but my buddy's call me Tator-tot.. I picked up that name on the deer lease, imagine that. I have a Durango 20". I love it and also a Masterbuilt electric smoker from Sam's. I wish on that one I would of spent a little more money but it gives me plenty of cold beverage time. My specialty would have to be ribs and steak. My nemeses is the all time brisket which gets better each time. I'm wanting to buy a smoker on a trailer but my better half hasn't gave me the OK yet but you know how that goes. I appreciate all the new ideas.
