Hi, My name is Kent. I live in central Penna. I just bought my first smoker, which is an electric Masterbuilt. Since getting the smoker, I've smoked Pork, Sausage, Beef, Ribs, and Meatballs. I drive truck for a living so my time is kind of limited to weekends so I guess I'm a weekend warrior smoker. I also enjoy gardening, home projects, and just doing things with my hands when I have the time. I am a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan as my nickname indicates. I hope to learn a lot from you seasoned profeesional on this forum and share some of my experiences. Thanks for having me!!!
