Hi all, Brad here. From northern Victoria & Southern New South Wales, depending on the time of year. Having been into barbecue for about a year now. Mainly on a open pit and more recently, a couple of Weber kettles. I have got two offsets in the building stage, just can never find the extra time! Love a good pulled pork, reverse seared steak & chops. Also ribs and chicken Maryland's. Yet to have a crack at a brisket, but give me time! Looking forward I'm hoping to open a mobile set up down the track. Love cooking and love barbecue so I'd be mad not to! Currently self employed as is. Never know down the track might end up with a restaurant! So keep an eye out! Cheers!
