new to SMF and smoking

  1. I have been a carnivore for as long as I can remember and nothing satisfies the cravings like a good smoked piece of flesh...I grew up around my dad smoking and now live in Kansas city where bbq is everywhere. I found and restored a heavy duty new braunsfels offset stick burner and am on my quest to perfect backyard the forum...thanks for all the advice I know you all will give me in my journey...
