Hello everyone. Outlawbbqca here. I'm jumping into a bbq business that my father had built and was quite successful with, but had to give up unfortunately. I've purchased the Masterbuilt 40". I've smoked tri tip, pulled pork, pork ribs and chicken. This smoker cooks great and all the meat was delicious. We have our own line of rub and 3 favors of bbq sauce, which I've been making and selling like crazy. I look forward to read everyone's tips and suggestions for great smoking. I'm really hoping to kick off our catering business. I am in Riverside County, CA.
