New to site

  1. Hello everyone. Outlawbbqca here. I'm jumping into a bbq business that my father had built and was quite successful with, but had to give up unfortunately. I've purchased the Masterbuilt 40". I've smoked tri tip, pulled pork, pork ribs and chicken. This smoker cooks great and all the meat was delicious. We have our own line of rub and 3 favors of bbq sauce, which I've been making and selling like crazy. I look forward to read everyone's tips and suggestions for great smoking. I'm really hoping to kick off our catering business. I am in Riverside County, CA.

    There's tons of info for you here. Use the search feature and you'll find a lot of recipes.

    I was just in riverside last month for the fourth of July weekend.

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
