Good afternoon all.
I'm new to this site and relatively new to the entire smoked meat adventure. I started smoking meat about one year ago and have enjoyed this craft since. I recently upgraded to a Bradley smoker abd have found this to have been a great addition to my arsenal of meat preparation.

I live in High River, Alberta. It was one year ago, June 20, 2013 that or little town was inundated with flood water that damaged our destroyed many homes and businesses in our town.

I thought I'd join today to thank all of you for your help this past year with my many question about smoking meat.

I also thought I'd pass along my experience today with Bradley customer service. I've been have trouble lately with the smoke generator not advancing the brisket. I tried all the suggestions on the forms to no success. Today I called Bradley customer service to ask their help. The call only lasted a few minutes. Betsy, csr, only took a few minutes to take my information and in no time she was sending me a new smoke generator at no cost to me. This is customer service at its best.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to read this far. I look forward to to hearing from you and also sharing our adventures in smoke.

Good afternoon to you and welcome from East Texas, Great to hear that you got your problem resolved so quickly.
