Doing a small 3 lb brisket today. This will be my first brisket. I was wondering if there are any tips for cooking such a small brisket. I am smoking on a Traeger and was curious what a good temp would be in addition to when to foil and expected time? Thanks for any advice. I'll be sure to post a picture of the finished product.
