New to Propone Smokers

My name is JD Harrington and I am from Sugarland, Texas.  My wife just gave me a Birthday gift I've been wanting for a long time.  I got a Smoke Hollow PS4400 Propane smoker for my Birthday.  I assembled it this past weekend but have not had a chance to use it yet and I am anxious to try it out
