new to pellet smoking and grill

hello everyone,

My name is Ed and I have an addiction, I like to smoke.....food,  been playing with the 60.00 bullet water smokers for some time and enjoyed it, now just bought a gmg Daniel boone with wifi and seem to like it, have many questions , reside in cedar rapids, from wi, go badgers!!!! would like to try entering a cook off sometime,  do a lot of camping, built a teardrop camper 3 yrs ago.  Ham radio operater as well.

Ham radio operator, well I might as well admit my other addiction,RADIOS.

I also am a ham, sounds like it should be smoked.

Welcome to the forum Ed!  Glad you joined us!  All you have to do is ask and anyone that can help will chime in.  I was a Ham enthusiast 40 years ago!  I didn't know they still existed!
