Hello all!! I just purchased my first smoker, a CG Outlaw.... and love it so far. I am trying my hand at ribs and butt today !!! Glad to have found this site and look forward to many years of enjoyment!!

Welcome to the SMF. Glad to have you here. Lots of good folks, great recipes and knowledge. Looking forward to your first qview.

Thanks for the warm welcome!!! I'm living on the coast of NC... and love it here. Lots of great BBQ places but pricey and decided it was time for me to start doing my own. I love to cook and especially love to grill. I have posted some Qview for you folks and here's the link to my first smoke(by myself, I have always smoked with my grandpa) and my first on the Outlaw. Enjoy, critique and keep on smokin'!
