Hi all,

New to the group and new to smoking.

Just taken delivery of a Napoleon Apollo 3-in-1 (aka ProQ Frontier I think).

Been reading up on all the advice here which is really helpful - thanks. Was going to get the $70 Brinkman from Home Depot but saw this which is similar to the WSM so hopefully made the right choice in the end.

I'm from the UK but have lived in SoCal for 11 years. Love to BBQ!

Welcome BritSmoker !

I'm not from Southern Cal, but I'm betting in a few months, I'll wish I was!
