Hey guys and gals. Just found this site. I'm a slightly experienced smoker in Jacksonville, FL. I've got an old bullet smoker a buddy of mine gave me when he moved. I've had some success with ribs, chicken and pork shoulder.

I was looking for plans or ideas on a red brick smoker/Grill combo. I'm not looking to build anything hugelse. I've got a layout in my head but not set on any configuration yet.

Hello and welcome to you, glad you're here.

There is a great build section on here just

jump right out into the forums.

Look through the area ask any questions

you might have.

Have a good time.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from another cloudy and soggy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
