    But not new to grilling/smoking.
    looking to upgrade by Brinkman gas grill to a charcoal/stick burner. I want one made out of heavy gauge steel. I see plenty of stamped cheap type that might last a year.

    Welcome from SC. I hope you will enjoy this site. There are a lot of folks here that are eager to share their ideas, tips and recipes. I have a Bell offset stick burner that I really enjoy. Bell fab is in Tulsa Ok and Craig Bell is the owner. You can contact him at [email protected]. Craig is a great guy and will accomodate you in any way.
