Whats going on ladies and gents. Im mason quintanilla . Im from south texas . Weslaco to be exact. Ive been smoking for about 4 years now. I use a horizontal smoker made of all 1/2 inch steel pipe. Im currently getting a 250 gallon tank smoker made. On a trailor with a 1/2 inch steel smoke box. For competitions

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
