Started following the Smoking Meat newsletter 2 years ago. Used the last two turkey recipes on Thanksgiving and they were big hits. Have been smoking for about 10years but only recently, since following SM, have I tried to take it up a notch.

My best result on my offset smoker. Lots of misses since then. Kinda disappointed lately. Trying hard to nail the central Texas ideal brisket.
