Hi, my name is Claudia and I'm just learning this forum thing. Never done it before. I live in Tucson, Arizona--blue skys, warm weather and beautiful mountains. Great place to cook/smoke outside all year round. I've been smoking for several years using a cast iron charcoal/wood smoker. Never got really good results. Last year my brother-in-law gave me an electric smoker and it's been great. I've really gotten into this smoking thing and am learning a lot. Have been looking to purchase a Bradley smoker in the near future. Hope to get some really good advise from all of you.
