Hi guys, I'm new to the forum. I'm from a city in the west of Australia called Perth. I've been wanting to smoke meat for a very long time I havnt done much research as yet but I want to build my own smoker. nothing massive just something with a cooking chamber between 100 - 200 L capacity (24-36 gallon) any tips and hints, and previous experience would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I am looking forward to getting stuck into this build and future smokes. I brew my own beer at the moment so now I need something to drink it with. can smokers be used to create beef jerky?
