Hello from Lakewood, Wa. Have been smoking different foods for a long time. Started with a gas Brinkmann smokin-grill. Have a batch of Kokanee salmon in a gas Char-broil smoker today. I was researching electric smokers and was referred to this web site. Would be interested in hearing the good and not so good point of a electric smoker. I read a lot of reviews on Cabela's website for electric smokers but not quite convinced yet.
