Hello all, I have enjoyed this forum for some time now but just recently decided to join. I've been smoking meats for several years now for my own pleasure mostly. I have 3 different smokers I've used over time a small and a large new braunfels offset brand that works well for my needs as well as an old propane chargrilled that I gutted and converted to a fairly efficient smoker. Lately I've Benny tossing around the idea of purchasing a reverse flow unit. I've studied a multitude of various brands /models and intrigued by the Johnson custom smokers out of Ennis, Tx. The quality appears to be very good and the prices are within reason. Has anyone used these or know of anyone who has? Also I might be interested in a used one as well if there are any out there. I haven't located any so far please give me feedback on these if you can. Thanks in advance and smoke on!

Thanks, been a while since I was in Cheyenne use to do some work at the refinery back in the 80's I remember the last time I was there we were set up at the plant to make a couple of heavy lifts, a blizzard blew in, the plant Manager, came and got me (We were having a few adult beverages) and told me about the storm, went to the plant and started both engines in the crane (Truck Crane) ended up letting them run for about 5 days COLD !!!!

Anyway welcome again

Gary
