Hey All, just joined forum...I've been reading posts on and off for a year or better now. I'm in central WI and enjoy smoking home made sausages and such as well as various forms of chicken and pork on the smoker. Did my first home build last year and turned out great thanks to many ideas on here. Picking up an industrial double door cooler tonight after work to start my second build so will most likely be reaching out to all of the smoker minds on here for ideas on heat sources and smoke boxes. Glad to be part of the group now.
