I started about 30 years ago during a BBQ competition in Ft Worth Texas. Since then I've owned 3 BBQ restaurants, butcher shop and currently own Smoke 'n Antler's Spice and Sauce company. I still BBQ for friends and family and do all sorts of sausage especially during hunting season. I have even created sausage that I have left the recipe in my will. Lol. I built my own home butcher shop for my family and I use it for butchering Deer, Elk, antelope & Geese. I hope to gain knowledge from this group. I am available to help anyone.
