Hi,

I am from the central valley of CA.  My wife is buying me a Smoke Hollow 4 -1 combo grill.  I am here to learn from the experts.  I have been grilling all of my life (54) but have never smoked anything before except the type you inhale.  I could not find much info on this seemingly new combo unit but it looks well built and will fit where my old gas grill sits.  I am looking forward to having options.  Now if they just attached a turkey fryer to it, it would be complete.

Thanks in advance for your help

Bob
