Hello everyone. I live up in NH and my wonderful wife bought me a smoker about six months ago. It's a master built propane vertical smoker. From the advise of is forum I put on some new door gaskets and attached the smoke daddy to the side. After smoking all summer long, I have really enjoyed everything about it. Have done some chicken, duck, rabbit, pork ribs, boston butt, brisket and recently jerky. This has been a great venue for advise and experiences and I look forward to learning more and hopefully can give back too.
