Here's my newest system. It's a recirculating system so it reuses the nutrient solution.

The pots have a hole in the center at the bottom and are designed to slip into a 3/4" PVC Tee an those act as the drains back to the nutrient reservoir.

The white hose on top is the supply line and has black micro tubing running into each pot to feed them.

The micro tubing is held in the pots by stakes (brown things)

Submersible pump in the bottom feeds the supply lines and it's hooked to a timer. Right now it runs 5 minutes at a time 3 times a day.

Looks good Jerry, what ya got growing on the table, peas? I want to have a recirc system this spring but i think in a tower form, the table setup might be tough with the winds I get sometimes. need to do more research, thanks for the P-view

Wow Jerry that system is amazing - I can't even imagine what something like that costs

Peppers, lettuce, strawberries, tomatoes and herbs in the winter.  Oh My!!!  Nice set up, looks great, and well thought out.

Send a few my way on Copperhead Road.

Alelover,

Having spent time with Pineywoods and having the pleasure of calling him a friend one thing I  can agree with you about   He is not lazy!

for being such an old crippled up man he sure gets at it!   He's always tearing something up, pine trees, equipment, ankles, elbows,  somethin.  Hehe

Piney awesome looking start to your new growing season. On those recirculating pots how far into  the bottom of the pot do those 3/4 drain lines go? Also is there a screen or anything on the drain pines to stop your growing media from entering the system? Thanks for sharing Jerry.

Len the pots go into the tee about 3/4 - 1" it gives a nice tight seal so they don't leak sure makes it easy to run the drain lines. There is no screen in the bottom of the pots I did cut some screen door screen into pieces to go into the bottom of the pots. The reservoir has not been cleaned yet I also haven't cut the holes out of the lid for it yet so I'm getting some trash in there from when I use the blower and stuff too.

Dan right now I have snow peas and sugar peas in the system that's not what I got it for but had the plants that needed transplanted so that's where they went. I actually got the system to do lettuce in.

Alelover the systems are actually a lot easier than conventional growing. I don't spend lots of time weeding, and I don't have to till the ground or spend time trying to amend the soil

Hey Jerry  that looks incredible    I think Epcot is copying you, looks like the Land pavillion!
