My passion is BBQ and Smoking.I live part time in AZ. and part time in WA.
I HAVE a patent pending on a all in one cooker/bbq more about that later after I've been here longer. I am 75 years old this year. I have been on a bbq crawl from Washington State to New York as far South as Texas. (To the famous Bbq places of the past and probably still there. THE BEST BBQ I'VE PURCHASED WAS AT THE HICKORY HOUSE IN ANCHORAGE, AK.THE EARLY 80s.

Thanks glad to be here. I hope to learn from the best on how to smoke. I don't have a great smoker but in due time. Right now I'm working with a char griller 5050 model. I plan on doing some mods.
