Hey!
I just picked up the Masterbuilt 30" Digital Electric Smoker (Model # 20077515) with Cold Smoker Attachment and I'm super excited!
I just pre-season both machines today and will most likely do my first smoke this weekend.
I'm looking for smoking to become more of a casual weekend hobby instead of a full time job (not literally) that is why I ended up going electric, it just seems easier.
I love bacon and smoked salmon so I suspect that is what I'll be smoking the most, but I will also be smoking the occasional brisket and definitely ribs as well.
As you can see from my username, I'm Canadian, and more specifically from Montreal, Quebec.
I've been lurking these forums for a few weeks now and they have really helped me get the information I need to become a successful smoker.
