Hey Guys,

Just joined the site. I'm new to the smoking game as I just picked up a Traeger a few weeks ago. I've already made some steaks, chicken breasts and took my first shot at a whole packer brisket which turned out pretty well! I live in Toronto, Canada so dealing with some harsh winter conditions can make smoking a little trickier. Look forward to sharing some delicious food with everybody!
