I am from PA but live in Ga where I fell in love with real bbq and starting make it myself. Learning from books and websites. I love the tatse of smoked meat and I am getting good at it. So I have a Char Griller combo. It is half gas grill and they onther half is for charcoal. I put a side firebox on the side and only use it for smoking meat. So I have a few queastions that I will post and hope to get some answers.
