New Smoker

    Hi dear Meat- lovers,

    I have done various pickled meats up till now and a limited few hot smoke pieces.

    I have two warthogs in the brine that I need to cold smoke.

    I am planning to set up a cold smoker- Your experience can help me succeed.

    Or are we talking pork bellies?
