Hello again!  Last week i joined this forum and introduced myself.  I got my new addition and put together this week. I bought a Masterbuilt 44" propane smoker.  Seasoned it last night and planning to smoke some boston butts today.  Last night when i was playing around with the heat i've noticed the smoker is a little hotter than my liking.  I have been looking into purchasing a regulator to help control the heat more.  I've been looking into the Bayou Classic adjustable regulator on amazon.  My question is this worth getting if i want to control my temps better?  Also, which one do i need? For example, there's different options such as the 0-30 PSI, 5 PSI, 0-20 PSI, etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated and smoke on!

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a beautiful  hot and humid day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
