new smoker

  1. I have a masterbuilt electric smoker. I did a potk butt last weekend for 10 hours that cane out great with mesquite wood, dry rub, and a brine to keep it tender. Today im doing some wings ina a dry rub and a sweet bbq sauce and a couple of smoked pizzas.

    Looks great Walt...you smoke the butt to about 165 for slicing? And are those some homemade hashbrowns to the right of the pork??? [​IMG]
     
  5. Yes 165 is the temp when I was finished. Those are actually zucchini pancakes, very delicious. The wings and pizza I did yesterday turned out very well too.
