Hello everybody. This site has been a wealth of knowledge and inspiration. Broke in my smoking wings with the indirect grates on my Weber. Just purchased a Duo with sfb last week and so far so good(thanks to some of the mods I saw on here). I have done some pork steaks and Pork loin wrapped in bacon so far. Both turned out good.
