New Smoker Maiden voyage(Pulled Pork) heavy Q-view

    Decided to do a pork but hot and fast at 300 Degrees. from start to finish took five hours.


    Out of the Freezer to defrost.


    Decided to cut in half.


    Rubbed with stubs BBQ rub and ready to sit in the fridge overnight.


    Smoker ready to go.

    Three hours in ready for foil(This is the only time I opened the smoker)


    Foil with some apple juice.


    Rested for a hour and ready to pull.


    Pulled and Added some finishing sauce from the sticky thread which was awesome

    Everyone enjoyed it not much left over which wont last long.

    Ended up with two pans of PP I kept one and gave one to my aunt that does not have alot of money and struggles for food sometimes.
