Hello all.

Just cured my Brinkmann offset today and hoping to try a pork tenderloin tomorrow. Brand new to smoking so I went with an inexpensive entry level setup. $129.99 at Home Depot. This model is different from the SNP I think. It just says Offset smoke/grill on the box. I am optimistic even having read some posts about the Brinkmann smokers. I will be using Royal Oak lump and some soaked pecan chunks. If all goes well I'll post some pics.
