new smoker in pa

    hi my name is larry

    im a self employed electrician and am new to smoking.

    ive been making my own jerky and bologna for about 15 years now and have just finally got an electric smoker this year actually I have my first batch of jerky in the smoker right now.

    im looking forward to many more years of smoking
