My name is Greg and I am located in Pennsylvania. I am frequent griller but new to smoking meat. I just picked up a Masterbuilt 30 electric smoker and plan to make good use of it with recipes and ideas I find in this forum. Any up front advice to using an electric smoker would be a great start. First up are baby back ribs.
